Hollamon sentenced to Role in Baby Death

Xavier Hollamon for 9 to 18 months in prison for abuse of a corpse and two years probation for tampering with evidence.

Hollamon was sentenced this morning for his role in the removal of the murdered toddler, Alayja Coleman.

Coleman’s mother Tania has been convicted of murder for starving baby to death.

Hollamon testified against her mother in the process and the police apparently believe that he has no direct control over the situation of the babies until it was too late.

“We can not understand how it is possible that a child in a trash can and put it out to the curb like any other garbage,” DA Jack Daneri told us after the verdict. “If it breaks certain laws of the Commonwealth are appropriately punished.”

After some time had Hollamon is now eligible for parole.
