A person deceased after crash on Erie's Bayfront
One person is dead after an accident Tuesday night at Erie’s Bayfront.
It happened just before 11:00 on the Bayfront Connector, on State Street.Witnesses say the driver tina a Jeep was speeding down State Street, and a quick left onto Bayfront when they did, they lost control and hit a concrete wall.
Jeep rolled several times, throwing a person out tina the car.
The person was pronounced dead at the site.
The other two in the car lifted to hospital treatment.
Erie police shut down traffic near the stage, while they waited for the coroner and investigated the accident.
accident is still under investigation, the police are not releasing the victim’s name. WICU – News
